Document Description
A Specific Plan is proposed for adoption in accordance with Section 65451 et seq. of the Government Code. The Specific Plan proposes an infill plan for development of the Harter Project site annexed to Yuba City in June 1999. The project consists of preparation of the Harter Specific Plan for adoption and implementation and includes general plan amendment from Light Industrial and Agricultural Holding and rezoning from Agriculture Holding (A-H) and Light Industrial (M-1).
