The purpose of the proposed BLA is to provide additional access directly from Everett Memorial Highway to the northern portion of the GEM Investments property. The purpose of the Zone Change is to revise the current zoning districts, that would be reconfigured among three parcels, to be more compatible with existing and proposed zoning of surrounding properties.
