Document Description
The California 27th District Agricultural Association and the City of Anderson will exchange rights and property within the Shasta District Fairgrounds to provide for access improvements to the fairgrounds. The right-of-way will be abandoned by 27th DAA is an improved street, known as Lassen Way. The proposed project will include a right-of-way to be acquired by the 27th DAA, and will provide a substitute improved road right-of-way to the City of Anderson for a public road extension at the north border of the fairgrounds property. The Shasta District Fair will gain a second ingree/egress at the northern road extension.
