Document Description
Application 30933 seeks a right to appropriate a total of 20 acre-feet (af) per annum of water to storage behind an onstream reservoir. The proposed earthen dam will be 22 feet high, 300 feet long, with an approximate surface area of 1 acre. Water collected to storage pursuant to this application will be used for irrigation, fire protection and recreation. The place of use (POU) for irrigation is 25 acres of vineyard (10 acres of which are existing). All conveyance lines from the POD will be routed underground. Water will be diverted from December 15 through March 31 from an unnamed stream tributary to Mill Creek thence Dry Creek thence Russian River.
