Document Description
Three new buildings, a communication antenna, and surface parking on a 3.7-acre site, enclosed on the southeast side by security walls and fencing. The largest building would be a new 30,900-square-foot police station. A 6-to 8-in diameter 100- to 120-foot-tall communications tower would be erected adjacent to the main building. A 2,400 square foot practice range building and a 4,000 sq. foot warehouse would be constructed. All parking facilities would be at ground level. Concurrent with construction of the police facilities, approximately 2,000 feet of 12-inch sewer line wuld be installed in the County Road No. 8 easement between the West Interceptor near March Creek and the site. In addition, an 84-inch buried drainage pipe would replace the existing drainage ditch in this easement.
