Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0028-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, JEN California 6, LLC
The project is limited to filling 1 0 irrigation drainage's (ranging from 2 to 6 feet wide) totaling 4,853 linear feet (0.341 acres) in three individual Activity Areas and installation of an outfall in a detention basin within a fourth Activity Area (Exhibit A). Activity 1 includes filling approximately 1,929 linear feet of irrigation drainage for construction of an arterial road (North Parkway). Activity 2 includes filling approximately 244 linear feet of irrigation drainage for residential housing and infrastructure improvements. Activity 3 includes the filling of approximately 2,680 linear feet of irrigation drainage for widening of the existing Pitt School Road and adjacent residential housing. Activity 4 includes installing a 72-inch and 84-inch culvert via jack and bore and temporary impacts of approximately 0.022
acres for a storm water detention basin. Utilities will be installed under a roadside drainage and wetland within the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way using jack and bore. Sixty-two (62) non-native trees associated with irrigation drainage's will be removed, and 254 native trees will be planted on-site.
