Document Description
The project consists of a Specific Plan for a 477 acre area in the southwest portion of the City of Dixon. A Specific Plan for this area was originally written in 1995. A landowners group in the area requested changes to that plan, including reconfiguration of land uses, circulation, and zoning designation changes to the Storm Drainage Master Plan, and amendments to the Development Regulations. In addition, applications for five development projects within the Specific Plan area have been submitted to the City. These proposed development projects are also evaluated in the project EIR.
