The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2002-163 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Jim Wilcox of the Plumas Corporation. The project involves replacing the existing channel gully with two ponds and two native material plugs. It also involves refitting, replacement or installation of additional culverts under County Road 112 and adding a loose rock grade control structure (dam).
