The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1601 (SAA #R2-2002-360) pursuant to the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, East Bay Municipal Utilties District. The project is restoration of watershed through removal of fish barriers; increase native vegetative cover, reduce non-native vegetation along banks, limit livestock access to lower 1.74 miles of creek; repair minor bank erosion to reduce sedimentation along lower 0.5 mile.
