Document Description
A Special Permit to exceed the 35 foot height limit of the zone; the applicant is proposing a new 1,600 square foot residence over a 1,600 square foot carport which will be forty feet in height. The special permit will also allow a reduction in the 100 foot Streamside Management Area. The proposed residence and carport, as well as the new driveway and parking areas and a proposed 1,400 square foot shop will all be located as close as 28 feet from the edge of Redwood Creek.
