Document Description
Spring Lane Unit 2 consists of a proposal to develop the second phase of a custom single family residential project and install a new water pump station either on Buck Avenue or within the proposed subdivision. The project includes rezoning approximately 54 acres of land from AH (Agricultural Hillside) to Open space and RE-1 to RE-12 and a tentative subdivision map as a planned unit development for a 27-lot, custom-home development. The two lots comprising the rectangular development site are undeveloped and are currently used to graze cattle. Improvements on the properties include fencing and rough-graded service roads. Generally, the site is bounded by open space on the south and west and residential developments on the north and east.
