Document Description
The proposed project consists of the submittal of a grant application to the State of California for the partial funding of the design and construction of a planned two-story, approximately 36,000 square foot City of Chula Vista public library branch, as well as the construction and operation of this facility. Vehicular access to the project site would be via driveways on Paseo Ranchero and East "H" Street. Approximately 190 on-site surface parking spaces are proposed. Two entrances into the library building are proposed, one on the north side of the building with a vehicular drop-off area and the other at the southeast corner of the building adjacent to the northwest corner of East "H" Street and Paseo Ranchero, in close proximity to an existing Chula Vista Transit bus stop.
