Document Description
The project involves the merger of three adopted Redevelopment Plans. Such a merger is recommended because of the administrative and financial advantages of having one Redevelopment Plan instead of three. Approval and adoption of the Merged Plan will not affect the boundaries of the Existing Project Areas; it will not affect the goals and objectives of the Existing Plans; nor will affect the approved lists of activities that the Agency may finance using tax increment revenues.
