Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an Amendment to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0022-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mt. San Antonio College, as represented by Ms. Mikaela Klein. The project is limited to the grading of two, unimproved, and unnamed ephemeral streambeds that are tributaries to Snow Creek. The purpose of the grading is to accommodate future access and a building pad for the approximately two (2) megawatt photovoltaic solar project on approximately 17.22 acres. The Amendment is limited to a 0.62-acre area of the coastal sage scrub restoration located adjacent to the western boundary and one of the unnamed ephemeral streambeds that will be moved to the southeast due to erosion issues at the previous site.
