Document Description
The proposed project involves the implementation of an approximately 5.3-acre park to serve residents of the City, employees from surrounding industrial/business parks and commercial uses, and trail users. Park features includes a 35,000 square foot skatepark, a 3,200 square foot administration/restroom building, seating and overlook areas, and relocation of the existing regional riding and hiking trail from the middle of the project site to along the western bank of Serrano Creek. The project also includes two drop off areas, a 12-space parking lot, landscaping irrigation, signage, and lighting.
