The County of San Luis Obispo is proposing to remove the concrete lined drainage channel running along the west side of Noyes Road between Ormonde Road and Highway 227 by removing the concrete, backfilling the ditch, and paving the shoulder. Removal of the channel is necessary to bring the road shoulder up to current safety standards.
