Document Description
The project as proposed includes the demolition of an existing single story 2,000 +/- square foot commercial building and the associated parking lot. The existing commercial development would be replaced by a new single-story 3,995 square foot commercial office building and a new 16-space parking lot located at the side of the building (fronting Palos Verdes Drive North) on the 41,520 (.95 acre) square foot project site. The parking will be located on-site and out of the public right of way, however, the drive aisle which is part of the parking lot is assocaited in the public right of way and as such, requires approval of a variance.
