- This is a reclamation plan for previously disturbed areas of 18.95 within a currently inactive surface mining site of 210 acres. However, grading for reclamation would produce 985,110 cubic yards of excess material. About 900,000 c.y. would be processed on site through a portable screening/crushing plant before they are shipped out. The plant capacity is 1,000 tons per day. The average truck trips would be 15 per day. The end land use is open space. The estimated time schedule is approximately 6 years.
