Document Description
The hospital is proposing an 85,000 square foot, three-story addition to the existing structure to enable approximately 24 additional beds and expanded cardiac care services. To accommodate the existing and anticipated parking demand, a new garage is proposed with roughly 400 parking spaces. A central plant is proposed adjacent to the garage to house new mechanical equipment. Changes are also proposed to the on-site surface parking and circulation through the site.
