Document Description
The proposed Renaissance Hotel would be a full-service, 334-room hotel, with approximately 5,000 square feet of retail uses and 7,000 square feet of administration offices space for hotel operations. The proposed activity would be built on an approximately 40,104 square-foot site and contain a total of 240,530 square feet above-grade. The project also includes a two-level below-grade parking garage with access from Sixth Avenue, which can accommodate 180 vehicles. The proposed floor area ratio for the development is 5.997 with a proposed height of 125 feet.
