Document Description
The proposed Renaissance Hotel would be a mixed-use development including a full-service, 334-room hotel, approximately 2,964 square feet of retail uses and 5,000 square feet of administration offices space for hotel operations. The proposed activity would be built on an approximately 40,122 square-foot-site and contain a total of 239,796 square feet above-grade. The project also includes a two-level below-grade 48,606 square foot parking garage with access from Sixth Avenue. The proposed floor area ratio for the development is 5.9 with a proposed height of 125 feet.
