Document Description
To allow development of the Pine Summit Christian Conference Center Master Plan. The Master Plan proposes an increase in the capacity of the conference center from the current 500 people to 750 people. To accommodate the increase, new buildings are proposed to be built and others are proposed to be expanded. A variance is proposed to reduce the parking requirement from 325 spaces to the proposed 279 spaces.
