- The City of Farmersville intends to use CDBG funding to make improvements to the City's storm drainage facilities to alleviate existing problems of flooding and overloading. The improvements will take place in the City's existing right-of-way in residential areas, on currently vacant land, and on agricultural land. The improvements will include the connection of existing facilities, the expansion of an existing storm water storage pond, and the construction of a new storm water storage pond.
