Document Description
The project proposes construction of a 5,409 square foot, two-story, single-family residence on a 2.30-acre unimproved lot. Also proposed are 819 cubic yards of earth movement, a 6-foot fence, and improvements to the existing cul-de-sac street with a hammerhead turnaround. The following easements are proposed to be granted to the City: an Open Space Conservation Easement, Public Trail Easements, and a Public Access Easement. The Project requires the following discretionary approvals from the City: Height Variation Permit #899, Grading Permit #2151, and Minor Exception Permit #575.
