Document Description
The project involves an amendment to the Orangecrest Specific Plan to convert planned land use of the project area from industrial designation to medium density residential. Development of 54 acres of the total 181 is proposed to be reviewed concurrently under a separate initial study, covering cases CU-056-012, CU-057-012, CU-058-012, CU-059-012 and Vesting Map TM 30508.
