The Pleasant Valley Water District proposes to construct a temporary infiltration basin and groundwater monitoring wells. This basin site is approximately 5/8 of an acre in size (165' X 165'), and will temporarily store up to 6.1 acre-feet of water. This project is intended to determine and investigate the probable water infiltration and possibility for groundwater recharge within the southern portion of the district.
