CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2004-0058-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Ms. Judy Rosen of the Murrieta Corporate Center, LLC. To construct the Village Walk Development, the operator is proposing to grade and develop approximately 66 acres into a three (3) Planning Areas and supporting infrastructure. The operator proposes to grade and place 1/2 ton rip-rap, construct a bridge and a detention basin with the jurisdictional area of Line F.
