Document Description
Involves the renovation of Bays A and B in Building 2 on the Bell Federal Service Center property to provide for the relocation of the Bell Homeless Shelter. Expected improvements include development of several classrooms and a large lecture room, reconfigured bed arrangements, expanded recreational opportunities, and improved kitchen, dining, restroom, shower and laundry facilities. The renovation of bays A and B of Building 2 would also bring those areas into compliance with applicable local safety and building codes.
