Paved alleyways transect the site, two in an east-west direction, and one in north-south direction. Two General Plan designations apply to the project site, a Low Residential and a Low Medium II Residential. Zoning designations for the site are RD-Restrictive Density Multiple Dwelling, and R1-One Family Residential.
Document Description
LAUSD proposed to acquire the 27 parcels comprising the project site, developed with a combination of residential and commercial uses. The proposed project would include the demolition of existing uses and construction of a new elementary school, housing approximately 1,383 year-round students, with 822 students on site at any one time. A subterranean parking garage totaling approximately 88 parking stalls would also be constructed beneath the footprint of the classroom building of the proposed elementary school.
