- Council approval of Capital Improvement Project (CIP No. 52-676.0), Coastal Development Permit, and Site Development Permit (CDP/SDP No. 1662) to widen Mira Sorrento Place, a 40-foot-wide-two-lane minor street, into a 72 foot-wide four-lane collector street; and extend the 560 linear-foot existing road by 1,160 linear feet to connect with Vista Sorrento Parkway. The project would also allow the construction of three new retaining/crib walls along the north side of Mira Sorrento Place. The project is located between Scranton Road and Vista Sorrento Parkway, within the Mira Mesa community planning area. Applicant: City of San Diego, Engineering and Capital Projects.
