The proposed project is to construct the California Nanosystems Institute (CNSI) Building and Parking Structure 2. CNSI is proposed to be a 109,042 gross square feet structure to accommodate interdisciplinary research laboratories and specialized shared laboratories for imaging, spectroscopy, and bio-nanofabrication, digital media research laboratories for conference an multi-purpose facilities, offices, administrative space, and support space. Parking Structure is proposed to have 607 parking spaces on five levels and contain approximately 2,700 gsf for a food service facility.
