Document Description
The project is a Development Agreement between the City of Temecula and the Guidant Corporation related to a potential expansion of their operations within the City. The Agreement would allow Guidant Corporation to expand their operations by an additional 481,260 square feet, consistent with the use provision of Development Code, on a 28.8 acre site near their current facility. The project would be constructed in phases and would include other ancillary uses such as an employee daycare, work-out, and cafeteria facilities, future parking structures and separated pedestrian connections between the existing and the future expanded failities are also envisioned. The Agreement would also allow for buildings up to 80 feet in height (which is higher than the 50 feet normally allowed by the Development Code) with appropriate supplemental setbacks from Margarita Road and Solana Way. Guidant Corporation would also receive the City's approval to expand their operations onto this site.
