The Project will construct critical scour countermeasures, which include excavation of 10.5 cubic yards of material under the bridge, placement of 110 square yards of Rock Slope Protection (RSP) Fabric, and 55 cubic yards of #1 Backing RSP Rock between Abutment 1 and Pier 2.
