Document Description
Remove debris, trash, and potentially hazardous material from unathorized or illegal dumpsites along the Upper Mattole Road. The materials will be disposed at approved facilities. Removal will prevent potential water quality impacts, remove visual blights, and discourage continued dumping. Where hazardous materials are encountered or suspected, a hazmat assessment will be performed.
