Document Description
Install new irrigation system. Modify lawn perimeter by reshaping the boundary of the lawn, installing 2x4 treated header boards, laying new asphalt where sod is removed, and laying new sod where pavement is removed. Plant 7 shade trees. The purpose of the project is to improve the area for public use, and remove the encroachment of lawn into the site of the future reconstruction of the historic "City Hotel."
