Document Description
The area on the upper bank has slumped and the back fence of the property at 1960 Wingate Way has fallen down the slope. Rip rap will be used to stabilize the 120 square meter area of bank. The rip rap will be keyed in above the poplar, without impacting the root system, placed on engineering fabric, and terraced up the slope. A 4-inch diameter PVC subdrain will be installed below the rip rap and the rip rap will be covered with a six inch layer of soil. This layer of soil will be seeded with an appropriate native seed mix and planted with low lying native shrubs. A coir matting will be placed at the base of the slide area for additional erosion control protection. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0084 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
