Document Description
Complete restoration of the Marshall House. Stabilize foundation. Replace rotted siding, windows and doors. Replace support structure for rear shed roof. Replace leaking corrugated metal roofing and flashing. Remove plaster and install drywall and repaint. Repair doors, casings, and window sills as needed. Refurbish bathroom and kitchen. Install new heating system. Remove chimney tiles and repair ceiling hole. Replace upstairs ceiling. Upgrade electrical system. Replace water, DWV and propane lines. Repair porch and picket fence. The project will permit continued use as an office and storage and possible use as an employee residence. An archeologist shall be notified two weeks prior to any ground disturbance activity. Project will photographically documented before, during and after work. The building shall be evaluated and recorded on a DPR 523 form prior to any construction.
