The project consists of general plan amendment from RR (Rural Residential) to CC (Community Commercial) and a rezoning from RRS 2 1/2 (Residential, Rural, Single-Family - 2 1/2 Acre) and ARF (Agricultural, Rural, Foothill) to PCD (Planned Commercial Development) to allow the development of a parking lot and related amenities for a planned hotel and casino located on the adjacent property. A zoning permit was also approved to allow an off premise sign for the planned casino.
