Document Description
California-Oregon Telephone Company has applied for an encroachment permit to install a fiber-optic cable line in County road right-of-way. The entire length of the project is from Klamath Falls to Yreka involving approximately 62 miles of fiber optic cable installation. The California portion of the project would consist of burying approximately 41.25 miles of fiber optic cable adjacent to existing roads. Of this, approximately 40.65 miles would be installed from Macdoel south and west to Yreka. The remaining portion would be installed from Indian Tom Lake north to the California/Oregon border.
