Document Description
The Well Master Plan assesses the potential impacts of the expansion of groundwater production facilities by the Alameda County Zone 7 Water Agency (Zone 7). The purpose of the proposed project is to increase reliability and redundancy of the water system such that treated water is available to Zone 7 customers when State Water Project water allocations are low during drought years or in the event of an emergency.
