Document Description
The proposed project is the annexation of the 275-acre Sierra College campus and approximately 100 acres of privately owned land into the City of Rocklin. Currently the property in question is an island of Placer County between the City of Rocklin and the Town of Loomis. The project area would detach from the Rocklin and Loomis Fire Districts to become part of the City of Rocklin Fire Department. The project includes a prezoning to planned development consistent with the Rocklin General Plan and adoption of a general development plan.
