Document Description
Development of a five story, 105 unit residential condominium complex with 6,500 square foot ground floor retail component and two lower levels of concealed parking on a 2.3 acre site near the southwest corner of Millbrae Avenue and El Camino Real. Development will occur in three buildings ranging in height from four to five stories situated upon a podium spanning most of the entire site. A total of 238 parking spaces will be provided, 223 of which will be concealed.
