Document Description
Construction of a proposed 1 million gallon water tank, measuring 18-21 feet in height and 103 feet in diameter; a 1,150-linear foot 12-inch water transmission pipeline; a 1,405-linear foot 15-inch strom drain line; and a 1,400 linear-foot, 16 foot wide access drive. The tank will be located above-ground on the north face of the hillside immediately west of the City limits and the south west corner of the Garibaldi Ranch Subdivision, at the 280 elevation contour. Two fire hydrants will be constructed along the access road, which will connect to a cul-de-sac street within the Garibaldi Ranch Subdivision.
