Restore the east levees along San Francisco Creek from approximately 4500 feet north of Highway 101 to their 1958 design elevations, remove and replace the east floodwall 1070 feet south of West Bayshore Road and one layer of sack-crete to the existing floodwall 300 feet beyond the replaced floodwall.
