Phase I of the Housing Component was completed in 1998 and resulted in six housing units located near the Juvenile Hall's Guadalupe Parkway frontage. The proposed Phase II project consists of demolishing the remaining old Juvenile Hall housing facilities and classrooms on the interior of the project site and replacing them with two-tier housing units and classrooms in one two-story building.
