Document Description
The residential development project is proposed with a range of 160 to 182 units of multi-family development. The subject site consists of 19 acres with 35 parcels. The units are proposed clustered in the northeasterly, downhill portion of the site. The site is 19 acres of which 9 will be left in open space. The units would range in size from 895 to 1,723 square feet and contain two or three bedrooms. Of the 170 units, 46 would be two-bedroom units and 124 would be 3-bedroom units. The project would also include a 3,000 square foot clubhouse/recreation room. The project would provide a total of 353 parking spaces, including 160 covered spaces and 193 open parking spaces.
