Replace a PVC pipe used for domestic water supply. Remove existing pipe. Approximately 70' of the new pipe will float free on the water surface and then go underground for approximately 53'. All work will be done by hand. The site will be re-vegetated after project completion. An SAA will be issued that will contain conditions to reduce any significant impacts to less than significant.
