Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0418-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sioneer, as represented by Douglas L. Jackson. Project activities include culverting of the channel and removal of riparian habitat on either side of the channel to facilitate the culverting. Project activities include: removal of riparian habitat, installation of an oblong cross section-shaped culvert, permanent fill of the section around the culvert; construction of a driveway over the culvert; and, if needed, diversion of standing water in the channel to facilitate project activities.
