Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Board has issued a 401 Water Quality Certification for the above project. The Project consists of extending the Port's existing rail line in the southwestern portion of the West Complex. The existing man-made stormwater and agricultural runoff ditch near the extension will be crossed in two areas. Two steel culverts will be installed at the two crossings. Earthen berms will be constructed with native soil from dredging activities across the width of the ditch. The Project will permanently impact 0.03 acre/1,500 linear feet and temporarily impact 0.02 acre/800 linear feet of waters of the United States.
