Construct a new 60-kV substation north of the existing West Complex Substation. The substation would receive power from the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) electrical system at 60-kV and step it down to 12,470 volts for distribution to tenants and other projects. The proposed substation would provide the additional distribution capacity needed for delivering power to the Port's tenants.
